We are looking for passionate Admission Counsellors to join our team at Institute of Professional Banking(IPB), Main Vikas Marg, Delhi Centre. This role involves guiding young graduates on job opportunities in banking industry and job ready courses with 100% placement assistance. Key Responsibilities:

• Achievement of threshold number of admissions every month

• Regular pipeline build up from campaign leads assigned in CRM and self leads. Ensuring 100% contacts on leads assigned as well as generated

• Connecting with universities, colleges and other educational institutions with an objective to maximize lead funnel

• Maintain data, update CRM and ensure seamless operations

• Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency

• Handle all sensitive data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

The position requires strong acumen to understand career development requirement of young graduates and assist them with right upskilling so as to help them in their early job search requirements. The ability to handle multiple tasks will be an add on. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation with 0-2 years experience
