2. Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls and inquiries.
3. Follow up with prospective students to ensure application completion and enrollment.
4. Maintain accurate records of inquiries and admissions in CRM systems.
5. Assist in organizing admission drives, seminars, and promotional activities.
6. Provide campus tours and explain university facilities and programs.
7. Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during the admission process.
8. Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets.
9. Ensure a smooth and positive admission experience for applicants.
