We are looking for a Admission Counselor to join our team. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional student support, and addressing queries and concerns related to course admissions and education services. Key Responsibilities:

Handle student and parent inquiries via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Guide prospective students in choosing the right course or program based on their career goals.
Manage the complete admission lifecycle from initial inquiry to final enrollment.
Maintain records of daily interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Confident personality with good convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.
