Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Ghaziabad, RDC Raj Nagar

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Admission Counselor who can guide prospective students, explain our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

Counsel students about beauty courses, career opportunities, and course benefits

Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups

Maintain a database of leads and track conversions

Conduct campus tours and explain facilities to potential students

Assist in planning and executing promotional events/workshops

Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience

Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

1–3 years experience in counseling, sales, or customer handling (Beauty industry experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools

Presentable personality with a positive attitude

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (6 days working)
