*Admission Counselor/Sales* – Job Description

Position: Admission Counselor

Location: [RDC, Ghaziabad]

*About the Role*

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can guide students and convert inquiries into admissions. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Handle incoming leads from calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins

- Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and fee structure

- Follow up regularly with interested students for admissions

- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments

- Maintain student database and update lead status daily

- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management

- Achieve monthly admission targets

- Maintain professional communication with students and parents

- Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM

- Good spoken Hindi & English

- Positive attitude and presentable personality

- Ability to handle pressure and targets

- Experience in counseling/sales/customer handling preferred
