Admission Counselor – Pre-School (Job Description)

The role of an Admission Counselor is to manage the complete admission process and help achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inquiries from parents through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.

Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.

Conduct school tours for prospective parents.

Counsel parents and address their queries professionally.

Follow up regularly with interested parents until admissions are confirmed.

Maintain admission records and update Excel reports.

Coordinate with the school team to ensure a smooth admission process.

Participate in marketing activities, events, and company/school tie-ups whenever required.

Build and maintain good relationships with parents to provide an excellent experience.

Achieve monthly admission targets.

Skills Required:

Good communication and counseling skills.

Convincing and negotiation ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).

Customer-focused approach.

Sales and follow-up skills.

This role primarily focuses on converting inquiries into admissions while ensuring parents have a positive experience throughout the admission process
