Admission Counselor – Rachnovaai

Rachnovaai is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female Admission Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with students, understanding their career interests, and guiding them towards suitable IT and skill-development courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls and direct interactions.

- Explain course details, duration, fees, and career opportunities.

- Counsel and guide students according to their interests and career goals.

- Follow up with interested students and leads.

- Assist students throughout the admission process.

- Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow-ups.

- Achieve admission targets and earn performance-based incentives.

Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and presentable personality.

- Good convincing and counselling abilities.

- Basic knowledge of computers and IT courses is preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Job Details

Position: Admission Counselor

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives

Salary will be based on interview performance, skills, and experience.
