𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: ₹𝟐0,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – ₹2𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 - On-site

Key Responsibilities
· Call students and parents from the provided lead database.
· Explain RKDEMY courses, batches, fees, benefits, and the admission process.
· Counsel students and parents based on academic needs and career goals.
· Follow up with interested students regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
· Maintain daily calling reports and lead status in Excel / CRM.
· Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counseling sessions, demo lectures, and admissions.
· Share course details, brochures, Google Form links, and payment information.
· Coordinate with branch managers, counselors, and faculty for student queries.
· Remind students about seminars, free lectures, demo sessions, and batch start dates.
· Handle incoming calls and respond professionally.
· Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English.
· Confident, polite, and professional speaking style.
· Good listening, convincing, and follow-up skills.
· Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
· Ability to use WhatsApp professionally for follow-up communication.
· Target-oriented mindset with patience while handling parents and students.
· Basic understanding of the education / coaching industry preferred.
