Job Title: Telesales Executive

Experience: (0-2 Years)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and handling inbound calls to potential and existing customers. This is a target-based role requiring consistent performance to achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing ability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in target-driven environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.

Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
Explain services or programs to customers.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain call records in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Achieve daily and monthly target
