Senior Counsellor - Job description

Desired Skills

• 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (education industry preferred).

• Team Handling Experience with Target Achievement for the Centre .

• Candidates must have strong communication skills and should be willing to work with admission targets .

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the telecalling team

• Drive admissions through strong follow-ups, counselling sessions, and campus visits.

• Ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.

• Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
