Admission Counsellor

Role Overview:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be the first and a crucial point of contact for aspiring students. Your role will be to understand their career goals and guide them toward the right online course enrollment with Medhavi Skills University. This is a high-impact sales role where your success is measured by the number of successful student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion: Connect with prospective students via outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp to pitch online courses.

• Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive counseling sessions via understand a student’s background and recommend the best-fit program.

• Pipeline Management: Manage a high volume of leads in the google sj, ensuring timely follow-ups and moving students through the enrollment "funnel."

• Objection Handling: Address concerns regarding course fees, ROI, curriculum, and placement assistance with confidence.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets to drive company revenue.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide accurate advice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, or Career Counseling (Freshers with exceptional communication are welcome).

• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to build instant rapport over the phone.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with  Google Workspace.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing is a plus)

Salary: Fixed: INR 8000-10000

Incentives: INR 2000-5000 per lead enrollment.
