Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and understand their educational requirements.

• Explain courses, programs, eligibility, admission process, and other relevant details.

• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.

• Counsel students and assist them throughout the admission journey.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/status information.

• Achieve assigned admission and sales targets.

• Handle student queries and ensure a smooth admission experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in any industry.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.

• Comfortable speaking with students and parents over calls.

• Strong convincing, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Customer handling and relationship management

• Lead conversion and follow-up

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge
