Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and communication-skilled Admissions Counsellor to manage parent inquiries, student admissions, and relationship building for our preschool. The candidate will be responsible for guiding parents through the admission process, conducting school tours, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving admission targets while creating a positive first impression of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads professionally.

Counsel parents regarding curriculum, facilities, programs, and admission procedures.

Conduct school tours and explain the preschool environment and teaching methodology.

Follow up regularly with prospective parents for admission conversion.

Maintain admission records, inquiry databases, and daily reports.

Coordinate with the academic and management team for smooth onboarding of students.

Participate in marketing activities, events, and parent engagement programs.

Ensure excellent parent relationship management and customer service.

Meet monthly admission and enrollment targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Presentable personality with a positive attitude.

Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email handling).

Ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups.

Good organizational and reporting skills.
