Key Responsibilities

🎓 Admission Counselling

• Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.

• Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

• Meet admission targets and contribute to enrollment growth.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.

• Organize and participate in admission drives, education fairs, and promotional events.

📱 Social Media Handling

• Create, plan, and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Design and publish posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.

• Respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and lead generation.

• Coordinate with designers and marketing teams for branding and campaigns
