Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide students about our courses and help them with the admission process. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and online leads.

• Counsel students regarding available courses and career opportunities.

• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses accordingly.

• Convert leads into admissions by following up regularly.

• Maintain student records and admission details in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch scheduling and student onboarding.

• Assist students in documentation, fee collection, and form filling.

• Maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.

• Achieve monthly/weekly admission targets.

• Support marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotions.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and counselling abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and basic computer skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Friendly personality with professional attitude.

• Good listening skills and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

• Experience in education industry, training institute, coaching center, or college admission counselling preferred.

• Candidate should be presentable and confident.
