Key Responsibilities
Respond to student inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Explain ICS courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
Guide students through the admission and payment process.
Maintain proper lead follow-ups and update records in CRM/system.
Invite prospects to webinars, workshops, and demo sessions.
Coordinate with the academic/support team for student assistance.
Ensure professional, ethical, and transparent communication with all prospective students.
