Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses and career options

• Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, online leads)

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain enquiry records

• Create basic reels and online content for social media platforms

• Work on Canva (basic level) for simple posts and creatives

• Manage student data, leads, and records using computer systems

• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable appearing in reels/videos

• Basic knowledge of Canva

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets, data entry, email, WhatsApp)

• Organised, proactive, and willing to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in education counselling / sales / customer interaction (preferred but not mandatory)

• Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
