Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on skills and experience) + Performance Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students and parents.

• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counseling.

• Make cold calls to generate new student leads.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.

• Handle walk-in enquiries professionally.

• Maintain student records, enquiry data, and reports in Microsoft Excel.

• Update and manage institute databases accurately.

• Post advertisements on social media platforms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and classified portals.

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.

• Coordinate with trainers and management regarding admissions and class schedules.

• Maintain daily admission reports and telecalling performance reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good spoken and written English.

• Confident in handling students and parents.

• Strong telecalling and sales follow-up skills.

• Ability to perform cold calling and lead generation.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.

• Data management and reporting skills.

• Positive attitude, smart personality, and professional behavior.

• Target-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate (Any Stream)

• 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Admission Counseling, Education Industry, or Digital Marketing preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Office Timing

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
