Job Description – Admission Counsellor
Position: Admission Counsellor
Location: Foxbrain – One Stop Learning Centre
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for handling enquiries, guiding parents about our
programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding of students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle walk-in, call, WhatsApp, and online enquiries.
• Counsel parents on Foxbrain programs.
• Suggest suitable courses based on requirements.
• Maintain enquiry sheets, lead trackers, and follow-up logs.
• Convert enquiries into admissions.
• Coordinate demo classes.
• Share admission formalities and program details.
• Collaborate with trainers and Service Coordinator for batch allotment.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong follow-up ability
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to meet targets
Qualifications:
• Graduation preferred
• Experience in counselling/education industry is an advantage
