Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Educational Admission Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right course and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding available courses and career opportunities.

• Explain course features, curriculum, fees, and placement assistance.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in students.

• Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Maintain student inquiry records and update CRM/database regularly.

• Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrollment targets.

• Assist students with admission documentation and fee procedures.

• Conduct counseling sessions and educational seminars when required.

• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth onboarding.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong counseling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Educational Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Support will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
