We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at at Excel Acadamics. The role focuses on expanding the student admissions, parent counselling, student guidance, follow-up and coversions revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional parents satisfaction. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong, professional relationships with parents through regular communication.
Understand the student's academic performance, interests, and career goals.
Explain about PCMB/PCM courses information
Guide the students regarding NEET, JEE, CET and other competitive exams.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
