Role Description
As an Admission Counsellor your roles and responsibilities will include:
Make outgoing calls to prospective students.
Clearly explain the benefits and features of our spoken English programs, highlighting how they can address students' needs.
Schedule appointments for interested students to attend a free counselling session or demo class.
Follow up with interested candidates.
Motivate & convince candidates to join the course best suited for them.
Maintain accurate records of your calls and interactions with potential students in our CRM system.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor throughout all phone interactions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
· Ability to communicate clearly and ability to motivate.
· Punctuality and ownership.
· Result-orientation.
· Proven track record in a sales/business development role.
· Convincing and motivating skills.
· Patience to listen to the candidates.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Empathy to understand and share the feelings of candidates
