Admission Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle student and parent enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and in-person meetings.

• Explain CrewHub courses, fees, eligibility, duration, benefits and career opportunities.

• Counsel students according to their interests, qualifications and career goals.

• Conduct cold calling and regular follow-ups with potential students.

• Convert enquiries and leads into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Maintain day-to-day sales and admission activities and keep records updated.

• Share new strategies and action plans to generate more leads and increase admissions.

• Maintain regular updates and proper records of student payments, pending fees and collections.

• Visit schools, colleges and educational institutes to generate leads and build partnerships.

• Contact schools, colleges and classes, book appointments and coordinate counselling sessions.

• Conduct counselling sessions at schools, colleges and other educational institutions.

• Promote CrewHub through seminars, webinars, events and other student outreach activities.

• Be comfortable appearing on camera for Instagram Reels, videos and other promotional content.

• Provide accurate information about the aviation industry, Cabin Crew and Ground Staff careers.

• Maintain regular communication and a good relationship with students and parents.

• Coordinate with the training team after admission for a smooth student handover.

• Maintain daily records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, admissions, payments and conversions.

• Submit end-of-day reports covering individual performance, sales, leads, follow-ups, admissions, payments and other important updates from the team.

• Coordinate with team members and management to ensure daily targets and activities are completed.

• Ensure students and parents receive clear and accurate information without making false promises regarding jobs, salary or placement.

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
