Position: Academic Counsellor (Remote)
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

Cognitive English Classes (CEC) is a leading online coaching institute specializing in IELTS, PTE Academic, CELPIP, TOEFL, Duolingo English Test (DET), OET, and Spoken English. We help students from India and around the world achieve their academic and immigration goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.

• Follow up with warm and hot leads to maximize conversions.

• Schedule trial classes and convert them into enrollments.

• Address student queries and collect feedback after trial sessions.

• Coordinate with trainers regarding batches and class schedules.

• Manage basic social media engagement (Instagram & LinkedIn), including posts, messages, and comments.

• Maintain accurate lead and calling records using Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

• ✔ Own laptop and reliable high-speed internet (Mandatory)

• ✔ Excellent spoken and written English

• ✔ Strong communication and counselling skills

• ✔ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• ✔ Familiarity with IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, Duolingo English Test, or other English proficiency exams

• ✔ 0–2 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer support, or EdTech

Preferred: Basic understanding of the study abroad admission process.
