Job Title: Career Counsellor

Profile Summary:

As an Career Counsellor – Inside Sales. You will play a key role in recruiting prospective students. You will engage with potential learners, provide information about our programs—including CFP, ACCA, CMA, CFA, and CISI—and guide them through the admission process. Using your strong communication and sales skills, you will convert inquiries into enrollments while delivering a positive student experience. This role is ideal for a results-oriented individual passionate about education with excellent interpersonal abilities.

Programs You’ll Work With:

CFP – Certified Financial Planners (USA)

ACCA – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)

CMA – Certified Management Accountants (USA)

CFA – Chartered Financial Analyst (USA)

CISI – Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment

Role & Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective leads via calls and face-to-face counselling

• Guide students and working professionals toward the most suitable FPA programs

• Convert leads into enrollments and provide ongoing support throughout the course

• Coordinate with colleges and internal teams for smooth onboarding

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream

• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable handling telephonic calls and in-person consultations

• Empathetic, patient, and student-focused approach
