Role Overview
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, addressing queries, providing course information, and converting leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and propose suitable services
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Support the sales team in proposal preparation and follow-ups
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Qualifications
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Preferred: BBA, MBA (Marketing / Sales / Business Management)
