About the Role

Join Bennett University as an Admission Counsellor, where you will play a key role in shaping students’ academic journeys by helping them choose the right programs and successfully complete their admission process. This is a high-impact, target-driven role ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Connect with prospective students through calls daily

2. Provide end-to-end admission counselling (programs, eligibility, career prospects)

3. Drive student conversions, assisting them application process (Rs1500 fee)

4. Consistently achieve weekly admission targets

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and application status

Who Should Apply

1. Graduates with strong communication skills (English mandatory)

2. Individuals with a sales mindset and counselling aptitude

3. Candidates comfortable with high-volume calling and target-based roles

4. Experience: 6 months to 2 Years

Preferred Profile:

1. Experience in Education / EdTech / Admission Counselling / Inside Sales

2. Female candidates preferred

Work Schedule

1. Shift Options: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM & 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM

2. Weekly Off: Rotational

3. Leave: 1 Casual Leave per month
