Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an Admission Counsellor to join our team at Uconnect International. The role involves guiding students through the overseas education admission process, providing course and university information, and assisting applicants from inquiry to enrollment. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers an In Hand Salary of ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
Handle student inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
Assist students with application procedures, documentation, and admission processes.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate records in the system.
Coordinate with universities and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing.
Achieve admission and enrollment targets while maintaining high service standards.
Maintain confidentiality of student information and records at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation (Any Stream) with 1 to 5 years of experience. Candidates must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong counseling and sales abilities, attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple student applications efficiently. Prior experience in overseas education counseling or student recruitment will be an added advantage.
