••Roles & Responsibilities:••

• Counsel prospective students and understand their educational needs.

• Guide candidates on suitable courses and admission processes.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships.

• Achieve admission and counseling targets.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

••Requirements:••

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales or counseling experience is preferred.

• Graduation preferred.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

### ••Job 2: Lead Generation Executive••

••Roles & Responsibilities:••

• Generate and qualify leads through calls and other available sources.

• Identify potential customers and schedule appointments for the counselling team.

• Maintain and update lead databases.

• Coordinate with the sales/counseling team for smooth lead handover.

• Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

••Requirements:••

• Good communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
