Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities Student Counseling & Admissions • Counsel students and professionals on training programs, certifications, and career opportunities. • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs. • Convert inquiries into enrollments through effective counseling and relationship building. • Conduct career guidance sessions and webinars. Program Management • Coordinate training schedules, learner onboarding, and program delivery. • Ensure smooth execution of training programs and learner engagement activities. • Track learner progress and provide necessary support throughout the program lifecycle. • Maintain learner records and program documentation. Business Development Support • Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with learners, institutions, and corporate partners. • Support enrollment targets and business growth initiatives. Placement & Career Support • Assist learners with resume building, interview preparation, and job opportunities. • Coordinate with placement and recruitment teams for hiring drives and career events. • Monitor learner outcomes and placement success metrics. Required Skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong counseling, sales, and relationship management abilities. • Ability to understand career aspirations and guide learners effectively. • Good presentation and negotiation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms. • Passion for education, training, and career development
