Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course offerings and career opportunities.
• Understand individual learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or in-person meetings to convert leads into admissions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, feedback, and enrollment data.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Education preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in educational counselling, sales, or digital marketing.
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of digital marketing and online education trends. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
