Job Description

Vedantu is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counselors for its JEE/NEET and K-10 educational programs. Candidates will counsel students and parents, explain suitable courses, manage leads, and drive admission conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents.

• Explain courses, academic offerings, and fee structures.

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable educational programs.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead follow-ups and admission conversions.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain lead records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Help students and parents make informed academic decisions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation must be completed.

• Minimum age: 21 years.

• Laptop is mandatory.

• Good communication skills in English and/or a regional language.

• Strong negotiation, counselling, and sales skills.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• EdTech or education sales experience is preferred.

Available Programs

1. JEE/NEET (TP): Counselling for competitive exam preparation programs.

2. K-10 (TU): Counselling for school-level educational programs.

Salary – Bangalore

• Freshers: ₹27,900 monthly in-hand initially.

• After 3 months: ₹4 LPA CTC.

• Experienced candidates with EdTech experience: ₹4–6 LPA, depending on experience.

Working Schedule

• 6 days per week.

• JEE/NEET shift: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM.

• K-10 shift: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Interview Process

• Round 1: Business Round (Virtual).

• Round 2: Business + HR Round (Virtual).
