Convert leads into enrollments by effective counselling and follow-ups
Handle inbound and outbound calls as part of the inside sales process
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and revenue targets
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns
Address student queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams when required
Stay updated on course offerings, industry trends, and competitors
