Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Academic Counselor who can communicate with parents and tutors, understand their requirements, coordinate demo classes, and assist in the enrollment process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact parents and understand their learning requirements.

Explain Tutors Link's services and available tutoring options.

Coordinate with tutors and schedule demo classes.

Follow up with parents after demo sessions.

Maintain lead records and update CRM/Excel sheets.

Build and maintain relationships with parents and tutors.

Resolve basic queries regarding classes, schedules, and fees.

Convert interested leads into successful enrollments.

Achieve monthly lead conversion and demo scheduling targets.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.

Comfortable with phone calls and follow-ups.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Prior experience in Education Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.

Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
