We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving Ede Tech sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct tele-counselling calls with prospective students. 2. Counsel working professionals and guide them for course enrollment. 3. Understand candidate profiles, experience, and career goals. 4. Recommend suitable executive education programs. 5. Explain program details, benefits, fees, and enrollment process. 6. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. 7. Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments. 8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. 9. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. 10 . Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 2. Strong sales and persuasion abilities. 3. Effective objection-handling and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to build rapport with working professionals. 5. Target-oriented and result-driven mindset. 6. Active listening and consultative selling skills. 7. Time management and follow-up discipline. 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment. 9. Self-motivated with a high level of ownership. 10. Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office tools. 11. Candidate must have EdeTech sales experience.
