Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and communication-oriented Student Counsellor / Telecaller to handle student enquiries, follow-ups, counselling, and the admission process for our professional IT training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Call daily incoming leads and understand students' requirements, career goals, and course preferences.

• Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.

• Provide detailed information about courses, syllabus, duration, fees, batches, and career opportunities.

• Conduct student counselling and recommend suitable courses based on their educational background and career goals.

• Handle the complete admission process, from initial enquiry to registration/admission confirmation.

• Follow up with students for pending documents, registration, and admission formalities.

• Coordinate and follow up with students regarding pending course fees and fee reminders.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all leads, follow-ups, counselling status, and admissions in the Google Sheet/CRM.

• Ensure that every assigned lead is contacted and followed up with regularly.

• Coordinate with senior team members and management regarding leads, admissions, payments, and student requirements.

• Share daily updates and prepare daily/weekly lead and admission reports.

• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students throughout the admission journey.

• Achieve assigned calling, counselling, follow-up, and admission targets.

  Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.

• Good convincing and counselling ability.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Prior experience in telecalling, education counselling, inside sales, or admissions will be an advantage.

• It is a Both అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
