We are hiring enthusiastic and confident candidates for our Domestic Voice Process (Day Shift). The role involves handling customer calls, providing information, and ensuring smooth customer interaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound calls with Indian customers

Explain services and resolve customer queries

Maintain call records and follow-up details

Achieve daily/weekly targets

Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

Basic computer knowledge

12th Pass / Graduate

Freshers can apply
