Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team Specular Business Services LLP.
This is a volume-driven, inside sales role focused on converting inbound and mixed leads into learner enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and engage with leads shared by management and other channels.

• Understand learner requirements and explain course structure, outcomes, and benefits

• Conduct course discussions / demos (if applicable)

• Follow up consistently to drive timely closures

• Update lead status, follow-ups, and closures in the sales tracker

• Work closely with operations and learning teams to ensure smooth batch onboarding.

  Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years experience in inside sales / education sales / tele-sales (preferred)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups

• Basic understanding of CRM or Google Sheets (training will be provided)

• It is a Full Time అమ్మకాలు / వ్యాపార అభివృద్ధి job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
