Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who will be responsible for handling student/parent inquiries, guiding them about courses, and converting leads into admissions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and Whats App leads
Provide detailed information about courses (Foundation, IIT-JEE, NEET)
Counsel students and parents regarding career paths and course selection
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain proper records of inquiries and admissions
Coordinate for counselings sessions and scholarship tests
Achieve monthly admission targets

🧠 Required Skills

Good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Strong convincing and counselings ability
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Whats App, CRM)
Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in any field (Preferred: Science background)
Experience in education/counselings will be an advantage

💼 Experience

Fresher / 1–3 years of experience in counselings, sales, or education sector

💰 Salary

As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance

🕒 Working Hours

Full-time (including weekends, weekly off on weekday)
