Academic Counsellor

About the Role:

Siddhii Professionalss – a pioneer in CMA coaching with over 15+ years of excellence – is looking for a Senior Counsellor to lead admissions and branch operations at our Nerul Centre.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, student-focused, and result-driven with a passion for education and career counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

🎯 Student Counselling & Admissions

• Counselling students and parents professional courses.

• Guide students on course structures, eligibility, and career outcomes.

• Achieve monthly admission targets through walk-ins, calls, and referrals.

• Maintain lead follow-ups and convert enquiries into admissions.

• Supervise daily academic and administrative operations of the Nerul Branch.

• Coordinate with faculty, students, and head office for lecture schedules and updates.

• Manage batch timetables, attendance tracking, and classroom readiness.

• Oversee fee collection, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare and share daily enquiry and admission reports with Head Office.

• Maintain student database and ensure smooth communication with parents.

• Assist in student engagement, and marketing initiatives at the branch.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (Commerce / Management preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or centre management (education sector preferred)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong coordination and leadership ability

• Proficiency in MS Office / Excel / CRM tools
