School administrators must have strong leadership and communication skills, are organized and detail-oriented, have a deep understanding of education policies and trends, and are able to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
1.Communicate clearly and consistently about online and blended learning to parents,educators, caregivers and students.
2.Continue Learning:It is imperative for administrators at all levels to participate in professional learning in order to meet the challenges of embracing online and blended learning options effectively and to provide the optimum learning environments for the students, teachers, other educators, caregivers.
3.Ensure Access, Minimize Opportunity Gaps, and Build Equity
Be prepared to accommodate student, caregiver, and educator needs for 24/7 access for the students whenever needed.
4.Ensure Accessibility:Ensure student/parents are trained and equipped to support students to access online and blended learning.
5.Evaluate Continuously:Using quality standards for online and blended learning in evaluation processes.
6.Guide and Inform Policy:Review them annually for adherence to recent changes in national, state, and local requirements.
Skills Needed
Flexibity towards work
1.Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant.
2.Knowledge of office management systems and procedure.
3.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
4.Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
5.Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
6.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
