Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding available courses, programs, and career options

Understand students’ academic background, interests, and goals

Assist students in selecting appropriate courses or study plans

Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, online leads)

Follow up with prospective students to support the admission process

Explain fee structure, curriculum, and institutional policies

Maintain accurate student records and counseling reports

Coordinate with faculty and management regarding student progress

Conduct workshops, seminars, or orientation sessions if required

Provide continuous academic support and resolve student concerns
