Career Definer is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Admission Counsellor. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in guiding students toward the right educational and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses, colleges, universities, and career opportunities.

• Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.

• Understand students' academic backgrounds and interests to recommend suitable options.

• Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and required documents.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

• Maintain accurate student records and provide assistance throughout the admission process.

• Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, counselling, and follow-up abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and Excel.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Student-focused approach with good relationship-building skills.
