The role involves engaging with prospective students who have recently completed their HSC, helping them make informed decisions about their higher education journey.

The ideal candidate will combine empathy, strong communication skills, and a passion for student success to provide personalized guidance and build lasting relationships.

🔹 Connect warmly with prospective HSC-passed students through proactive calls.

🔹 Identify and understand each student’s aspirations to provide personalized guidance.

🔹 Explain undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including eligibility, career paths, and opportunities.

🔹 Build trust and rapport by addressing student and parent queries with patience and clarity.

🔹 Follow up consistently to nurture interest and convert inquiries into applications.

🔹 Guide & encourage students & parents to visit partner institutions such as Garware, Modern etc.

🔹 Maintain accurate records of all interactions and updates within the CRM system.

🔹 Achieve daily targets for calls and lead conversions through meaningful and high-quality engagement.
