Academic Counsellor

We are looking for a Academic Counsellor to join our team at Commerce Education academic career counsellor for new wing Sukrishna Commerce Anisabad center . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹9000 - ₹13000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Career Counselling Duties

• Assess student skills, interests, and academic background to recommend commerce careers like CA, CS

• Guide Students for entrance exams (e.g., CUET, IPMAT).

• Admission counselling after 10th to students and Guardians.

  Front Office Duties

  • Greet students, parents, and visitors; manage inquiries, appointments, and office records.

  • Handle phone calls, emails, admissions paperwork, and fee collections.

  • Maintain reception area, schedule batches, and coordinate with faculty for smooth operations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com) or related field; counselling certification is a plus point .

• Excellent communication, empathy, and multitasking; proficiency in Google Sheets/WhatsApp for student management.

• 1-2 years in education admin or counselling; knowledge of local job markets in Bihar/India.
