About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented School Counsellor who has hands-on experience in preschool or education-sector counselling and is confident in converting walk-in enquiries and leads on the spot.

This role goes beyond counselling — it involves lead generation, event management, parent interaction, and school promotion, both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries and convert prospects into admissions

• Confidently counsel parents in fluent English and explain preschool programs

• Organise and manage open houses, events, workshops, and lead-generation activities

• Host school events and interact with parents professionally

• Create, shoot, and edit short reels/videos for school promotions

• Manage and handle Instagram content & engagement for the school

• Coordinate with teachers and management for smooth school operations

• Maintain enquiry data, follow-ups, and reports

• Support branding and marketing initiatives at the school level

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in:

  • Preschool / School / Education-sector counselling

  • Direct parent interaction and on-the-spot conversion

• Proven ability to convince parents confidently and ethically

• Experience in event planning and hosting (school events, open houses, etc.)

• Comfortable with content creation & basic reel editing

• Good understanding of Instagram handling (posting, captions, engagement)

• Fluent English communication (mandatory)

• Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills

• Basic computer knowledge:

  • MS Excel

  • MS Office

  • WhatsApp

  • Email
