Role Overview

The Academic Counsellor will guide students in making informed decisions about their education, career paths, and skill development. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 6 months of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance: Counsel students on academic programs, career options, and skill-building opportunities.

• Information Sharing: Provide details about courses, admission processes, and institutional policies.

• Communication: Conduct one-on-one sessions, group workshops, and orientation programs.

• Tracking Progress: Maintain student records, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

• Collaboration: Work with faculty, parents, and administrative staff to support student success.

• Awareness Building: Help students understand industry trends and future opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Management, or related field preferred)

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of counselling/academic support experience
