We are hiring freshers for the Academic Counsellor position in Hyderabad. This is a work-from-office opportunity with a Tuesday-to-Sunday schedule and Monday as the weekly day off.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals, learning needs, and preferences.

• Explain relevant Infinity Learn programmes and recommend suitable offerings based on each learner's requirements.

• Manage inbound and outbound conversations, conduct timely follow-ups, and support the admissions journey.

• Build trusted relationships with students and parents while working towards admission and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate records and activity updates in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and responsive enrolment experience.

• Attend structured product, counselling, and sales training sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, including B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, B.Sc., BA, or BCA; fresh MBA graduates may also apply.

• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal abilities are encouraged to apply.

• Fluency in English with Hindi or Telugu is preferred.

• Strong presentation, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfort working in a target-oriented sales and counselling environment.

• Basic working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to maintain organised records.

• Applicants should be prepared to submit an updated resume, government ID proof, educational certificates or mark sheets, and a passport-size photograph.

Compensation: The role offers ₹4 LPA fixed CTC with ₹2 LPA performance-linked incentives. The position provides structured onboarding, career development opportunities, and performance-based rewards.
