Responsibilities -
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service
Answer questions about services or the organization
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Achieve the targets / goals set by the organization
Handling calls (Incomings as well as Outgoings)
Ready to travel, as and when required
Skills / Abilities required –
Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an
education counselor
Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals who work as education
counselors
Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times
Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
