About the Role

GI3 Pvt Ltd is looking for an energetic, smart and result-oriented Admissions & Growth Executive to drive admissions and business growth across its education initiatives.

The position will initially focus on our preschool operations and, as GI3 expands, will have the opportunity to work with our upcoming tutorial and online education initiatives.

This is not a teaching, telecalling-only or back-office role. The position requires hands-on parent/student interaction, admission conversion, marketing coordination and ownership of centre growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face counselling.

• Meet prospective parents/students and conduct or coordinate centre visits.

• Systematically follow up every prospective admission until closure.

• Maintain the complete lead and admission pipeline using Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.

• Work closely with Centre Coordinators and management to increase enrolment.

• Plan and coordinate open houses, workshops, parent-engagement activities, referral programmes and local promotional initiatives.

• Develop new ideas for generating enquiries and increasing admissions.

• Coordinate with GI3’s external digital/social-media marketing agency.

• Monitor content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts and lead-generation activities.

• Ensure leads generated through digital campaigns are promptly followed up.

• Analyse which campaigns and activities actually result in enquiries, visits and admissions.

• Maintain weekly MIS covering leads, follow-ups, centre visits, conversions and admissions.

• Visit and work across GI3 education centres as required.

Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates with 2–5 years’ experience in:

Schools / Preschools / Coaching & Tutorial Institutes / EdTech / Training Institutes / Education Franchises.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong parent/student counselling and relationship-building skills.

• Experience converting enquiries into paid admissions.

• Excellent follow-up and communication skills.

• Good spoken English and Bengali; Hindi will be an advantage.

• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and digital lead management.

• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with an external marketing agency.

• Smart, confident and professional presentation.

• Creativity in developing local admission and promotional initiatives.

• Strong ownership and a target-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel between GI3’s Kolkata education centres.

Compensation & Career Growth

₹12000- 18000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Compensation will depend upon experience and demonstrated capability.

This position offers significant growth potential. A successful candidate who demonstrates the ability to drive admissions and business growth will have the opportunity to progress into an Admissions & Growth Manager / senior growth role as GI3 expands its preschool, tutorial and online education businesses.

Important

Candidates with experience limited only to telecalling, without hands-on counselling, admission conversion or customer-facing responsibilities, may not be suitable for this position.
